Mr. Stark's 4th Grade

Dear parents, This week we got through another lesson of vocab and grammar. I am sure all my students are happy to be done with exams for the moment. They seem a little tired from all their hard work the past two weeks, and have a well-deserved weekend now. In Journeys we completed unit 11. In math we began studying graphs and table charts, and will continue next week with these topics. Thank you to the 5th grade actors and actresses who participated in our GME video. I'm looking forward to seeing the current 4th grade's talents next week as well for filming Episode 8! Have a great weekend, Mr. Stark

Dear parents, This week we finished up all our math and began studying force. It is a dense chapter but with enough practice I am sure the kids will get the hang of it. We will also start filming for our GME videos soon, and I am looking forward to seeing my talented actors and actresses! Please see the test scopes which were sent home today, Friday. Dear parents, This week we read Journeys unit 8 and completed another vocabulary unit. We are focusing all our time on fractions because it is new information for students, but they are making a lot of progress. We will begin focusing more on science next week once we finish math.
